We’re a husband-and-wife team, proud parents to a curious and energetic little boy—and eagerly expecting our second child—who completely reshaped the way we think about childhood, health, and the environment..
Our journey began with love, sleepless nights, and the beautiful chaos of raising our son. But early on, he began developing skin sensitivities — tiny rashes that led us to look more closely at the everyday items around him, including his toys.
That was when we discovered the power of natural wooden toys.
There was something truly comforting in them — their gentle texture, their warmth, and the way they encouraged open-ended, imaginative play. They weren’t just toys. They were tools for learning, feeling, exploring, and growing — in the most natural way possible.
From that moment on, we chose to fill our home with toys made from FSC-certified wood, finished with non-toxic, child-safe paints, and designed to support sensory development without overwhelming the senses. We saw the difference in our son — not just in his skin, but in his calmness, focus, and joy.
And so, CribandCrown was born — a heartfelt family project to share that same sense of safety, simplicity, and wonder with other families.
