  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

  • Orders under $150: a flat $12.95 Australia-wide

📦 Processing

  • We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as we can.

  • During peak times such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

🚚 Delivery

We ship Australia-wide with tracked Standard Shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

🤝 Items from our partner makers

A few items in our range are sent directly from small Australian partner brands. These may arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking, and any shipping for them is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

🛑 Delays & Delivery Issues

We use trusted carriers like Australia Post. Occasional delays can happen during peak periods, weather events or postal disruptions. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we’ll help.

📬 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once postage is paid again, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
