At CribandCrown, we want every family to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Send you a return shipping label

  • Provide step-by-step instructions for sending your item back

⚠️ Important: Please don’t return items without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

🚚 Return Address

The return address will be provided in your return approval email.

📦 Damages or Order Issues

We carefully check every item, but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@cribandcrown.com.au with a photo and your order number.

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

If you’re unsure about an item, please get in touch before purchasing.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item?
Simply return your current product and place a new order once your return is accepted.

💳 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
